Whole Dude coined the phrase Whole Retail to define a Marketing Strategy and Marketing Philosophy to retail Whole Products and Whole Services to WholeDudes without reference to gender, race, age, nationality, and sexual orientation. For reasons of convenience and brevity the term ‘Dude’ is being used as representative of all human beings.

At-will employment is a doctrine that allows an employer or employee to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without reason, without notice, as long as the reason is not illegal. This means employees are free to quit without notice, and employers are free to fire employees for almost any reason. However, at-will employment does not permit termination for illegal reasons, such as discrimination, retaliation for reporting illegal activity, or refusing to perform illegal acts.

The employment-at-will doctrine contrasts just cause employment/termination, in which an employer must provide a fair reason for terminating an employee and the employer often pays a Severance Pay if the employment is terminated for no fault of the employee.

Whole Foods Market Inc., (WFM) hired me during April 1997 and since that time I am working in the Grocery Department at WFM Ann Arbor, Michigan. Most of my fellow employees acknowledge and endorse my claim, “Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods.” A person from Lansing, Michigan visited WFM Ann Arbor on April 10, 2015 and inquired if I am happy working for Whole Foods. He asked for my opinion about Whole Foods as a workplace. I politely responded that I do not believe in private conversations. I prefer to express my opinions in writing and I invite people to respond to my views by offering comments in writing. I could not continue my conversation with that person who desired to investigate working conditions at Whole Foods in general and at Ann Arbor in particular. I would welcome him and others to leave a comment on this post and ask for any further information to validate my opinion on Whole Foods – “A Happy Place and Happier People.”

Whole Dude – Whole Happy: Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods – Happy Place-Happier People. Whole Foods Market, Austin Texas has formulated the concept of ‘Whole Foods’ to market organic, and natural foods without artificial ingredients, artificial colors, artificial flavors,synthetic sweeteners, and chemical preservatives. However, it has yet to formulate the concept of a Whole Person who may benefit by consuming Whole Foods. Whole Dude is a marketing concept to know the nature of the Whole Person. Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods, “A HAPPY PLACE AND HAPPIER PEOPLE.”

I demonstrate the fact of my Love of Whole Foods during a Life Journey precisely measured in Service Hours. Love and Happiness are purely subjective experiences. But, the fact of Love and the mental condition called Happiness can be accurately verified by using objective criteria to verify that subjective experience. Some of the tested objective standards used in evaluating the morale of any workforce include factors such as 1. Absenteeism, 2. Discipline, 3. Financial Security, 4. Sickness/Personal Injuries at workplace, and 5. Stress at workplace. Using these objective criteria, I claim that I Love Whole Foods for I find Happiness at Whole Foods.

1. ABSENTEEISM:

WHOLE DUDE-WHOLE TIME-WHOLE JOB-WHOLE LIFE: WHOLE DUDE’S WHOLE DEAL,

Research clearly demonstrates a direct link between absenteeism and the happiness experienced by a worker at his workplace. I worked over 58, 308 Service Hours (not counting Overtime Hours) without no recorded unscheduled absence from work. Over the last 28 years of my employment at WFM, I maintained a Full-Time Status with variable work schedules dictated by the demands of the workplace. Since the last two years I am working Six Days per Week to give expression to my religious belief in Sixth-Day Adventism.

Apparently, I do not find the Service to be dull, uninteresting, monotonous, tedious, or boring. In fact, some of those characteristics are often associated with the experience called unhappiness. Unhappy workers tend to be either tardy or remain absent or miss scheduled work.

2. DISCIPLINE:

The compliance with the Standards and Ethics of workplace is clearly linked with the morale of the worker. Unhappy individuals more often face disciplinary action as compared to happy individuals. I will not be able to claim that I Love Whole Foods and I will not be able to assert that I am happy working at Whole Foods if I do not maintain a Clean Slate, a record that is free from marks of discredit or dishonor. I welcome any interested party to verify my personal Record of Service kept at WFM and I fully waive my rights to keep such information private and confidential.

3. Financial Security:

In the modern economic life, the true index for personal happiness in life is not the figure on the paycheck. Happiness at workplace is not consistent with financial insecurity. The level of personal indebtedness is a true measure of a person’s financial security. I make a living working at WFM without incurring personal debts or taking Credit Card loans. In other words, while being an hourly wage earner at WFM (without a signed contract), I am able to live a life without experiencing financial insecurity.

4. SICKNESS/PERSONAL INJURIES:

A number of studies reveal a relationship between a person’s susceptibility to sickness, a person’s proneness to injury and the person’s psychological state or condition. Current medical research indicates a connection between mental health and happiness with immune function. Even when the working environment is clean and healthy, unhappy individuals more often report sickness or sustain injuries at workplace. During the time I spent at WFM, I have not missed even a single day of my work on account of sickness or personal injury.

5. STRESS AT WORKPLACE:

Occupational Stress is clearly reflected in the personal habits of the workers. Individuals experiencing stress are often driven to find relaxation by using tobacco, alcohol, or any variety of Chemical Substances and Drugs used for recreational purposes. Secondly, workers often take ‘Time Off’ to escape from the stress experienced at the workplace.

I do not use tobacco, alcohol, or any other recreational substance and this fact has been consistently verified by voluntary participation in periodic drug screening tests and during medical examination by physicians over a course of 25 years.

University of Michigan and Michigan Medicine: On Tuesday, December 05, 2023, I signed the Informed Consent Form for the AHEAD 3-45 Study Screening Procedures. Reference: UM eResearch ID: HUM00178622; NIA & Eisai Inc. / Protocol Number BAN2401-G000-303

The most recent Screening Test for drugs was performed at Michigan Medicine on December 05, 2023. The Drug Screen results from tests performed at PPD Global Central Labs, 2 Tesseneer Drive, Highland Heights, Kentucky 41076 reports that the results are Negative for Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines (antidepressant), Cannabinoids, Cocaine Metabolites, Opiates, Phencyclidine and Ethyl Alcohol.

Apart from my freedom from Chemical Substances, the fact of not experiencing stress during my employment at WFM can be substantiated by the number of ‘Paid Time Off’ (PTO) Hours that I have accumulated. I accumulated about 5,500 PTO Hours and the WFM paid its cash surrender value. In reality, I have not experienced any urge to pursue a habit for its recreational value as an escape from boredom or monotony relating to the workplace. I do not watch movies or visit places for personal amusement. I may often join other family members either in watching the TV or visiting places. If time permits, I listen to songs composed in the Indian languages to preserve my language skills.

All said and done, I am not suggesting that personal motivation as the most important factor to find happiness in employment. Happiness is like the Sunshine. To find happiness, Whole Dude needs an external source of Light that generates happiness. To write and state, “Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods”, Whole Dude needs to be in relationship with an external source of happiness. WFM states ‘Team Member Happiness’ as its Core Value, an Operating Principle to govern the Employer-Employee relationship at the Company. I am submitting that the WFM Core Value of Caring for Team Member Happiness is truly experienced by me. In conclusion, with a sense of great pleasure I claim Whole Foods as, “A Happy Place and Happier People.”

The Whole Journey called Employment:

Whole Dude’s employment is described as a “JOURNEY”. The Journey to be Successful and Safe, must proceed on “TRACKS” that are firmly and properly laid on ground. The “TRACKS” of Life’s Journey could be named as “WHOLE SPIRITUALITY.”

Whole Dude’s employment is described as a “Journey.” Whole Dude often describes his Love of “Whole Food” and his employment has given the insight to know the true or real nature of “Whole Food.” Whole Dude has demonstrated the fact of his Love; the Love of “Whole Food” during a Life’s “Journey.” He has already rendered “Whole Service” with no reported unscheduled absence from work. In other words, Whole Dude says that the experience of this “Whole Journey” called employment is that of psychological satisfaction; mental contentment that establishes happiness in mind and joy in heart. To verify the accuracy of this statement, Whole Dude is disclosing the fact that he does not use alcohol, tobacco, or any other recreational substance to find happiness in his Life’s Journey. The reason for finding happiness and joy in living experience is because of Whole Dude’s respectful relationship, his partnership, his association, his bonding, and his connection with a nourishing substance that he calls “Whole Food.” His employment has given the insight to know the true or real nature of “Whole Food.” Whole Dude defines “Whole Food” as the nutritional substance that supports man’s physical, mental, social, moral, and spiritual well-being. During the course of his employment, Whole Dude discovered that Food serves the function of a spiritual medium that fosters unity between man’s body, mind, and soul which generates the peace, harmony, and tranquility that man experiences in his living condition.

No man is truly capable of independent existence that excludes the social community and the physical environment in which he exists. Whole Dude is saying that he is supporting his biological existence because of an employment that provides a social community and a favorable environment which is keeping his Life’s Journey on sound tracks. The term “Tracks” is used to describe a pair of parallel steel rails on which freight cars, passenger cars, street cars, and other rolling stock are drawn by powered locomotives. During 1880s, the width of railroad tracks were standardized at 4 feet, 8 and half inches (1.44 m). The railroad tracks are laid on a firm, and well-prepared ground to ensure their stability and a durable metal like steel is used to support its sustained use. September 05, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday is celebrated as Teacher’s Day in India. On Friday, September 05, 2025, I want to share my reflections on my Mylapore, Madras, Chennai Family Connections. This relationship connects several important events of my life’s journey. For I believe in the doctrine of predestination, I can trace my life’s journey as a series of predetermined events.

In my analysis, time and the place are of equal importance in the formulation of predetermined events. I shall discuss the role of time and place in the context of three issues; 1. Birth Place, 2. Relationships, for example, Radhakrishnan worked in Presidency College, Madras where my father studied and worked, and 3. Final Destination.

Radhakrishnan studied in Madras Christian College and later worked in Presidency College, Madras. My wife talks about Madras Christian College for her father, and four of her brothers studied there. In February 1973, just after I got married, I visited Madras Christian College along with my wife to meet her younger brother who was studying there for his Master of Science degree.

My Relationships

In October 1962, my connection to Radhakrishnan was shaped by Communist China’s attack on India across the Himalayan Frontier. On one hand the Spirit of Nationalism inspired me to serve in the Indian Army, and on the other hand, it profoundly influenced my thinking about choosing a life partner. At the same time, the 1962 India-China War prepared a very special place to render my military service while I was still a college student. In September 1969, I was granted the Short Service Regular Commission to serve in the Indian Army Medical Corps. My educational career prepared me for this role as well as giving me the opportunity to find a partner who accepted my passion to serve in the Olive-Green military uniform. I got married in January 1973 while I was serving in Doom Dooma, Tinsukia District, Assam in Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22, Vikas Regiment, a special military organization founded in 1962.

The history of Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22: “AHIMSA PARAMO DHARMAH; DHARMA HIMSA TATHIVA CHA.” Both India and Tibet recognize Non-Violence or Ahimsa as the highest principle. The military organization, Special Frontier Force-Establishment No. 22 represents the second part of the statement; Violence or Himsa is equally the highest principle when it is necessary to defend the righteous.

The military organization is known as Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22, and now called Vikas Regiment came into its existence during the presidency of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second President of the Republic of India, 13 May 1962 to 13 May 1967. While Special Frontier Force is a product of Cold War Era secret diplomacy, I would like to share my personal story, the events from early childhood, that shaped the rest of my life and has formulated my bonding with this Organization and my desire to accomplish its military mission.

Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan (05 September 1888 to 17 April 1975), the second President of the Republic of India is known to me from my early childhood. His daughter (Rukmini) was married to my maternal grandfather’s younger brother who had also lived in Mylapore.

My maternal grandfather, Dr Kasturi. Narayana Murthy, M.D., who worked as Professor of Medicine in Madras Medical College lived at 2/37 Kutchery Road, Mylapore. I was born at my grandfather’s residence. While I lived in Mylapore and later during my summer vacations spent in Madras City, I used to visit Radhakrishnan’s daughter’s residence daily. At that time, Radhakrishnan served as the first Vice President of India (1952-1962). I clearly remember the celebration of 2500th Birth Anniversary of Gautama Buddha on May 24, 1956.

**September 05 – Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s Birthday – Reflections on my Mylapore, Madras, Chennai Family Connections. My Musings on Buddha Purnima. I am a Refugee. Who is my Refuge?**

In India’s Capital City of New Delhi, the celebration was attended by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and the 10th Panchen Lama Rinpoche. The Institution of the Dalai Lama is the central focus of Tibetan Cultural Identity and Tibetan national character.

Since 1962, India instituted Radhakrishnan’s birthday (05 September) as Teacher’s Day. Since that time, every year that I spent as a student, I had a special reason to remember my family connection with his daughter and my father who belonged to the teaching profession. Radhakrishnan correctly predicted the need for military action to fight injustice. In 1962, during his Presidency, India bravely resisted the Chinese aggression and thousands of Indian Army soldiers gave their precious lives to defend India. It inspired me to serve in Indian Armed Forces to continue the task of opposing and resisting the threat posed by Communist China.

India–Tibet Relations from 1950 to 1962:

The Celebration of 2500th Anniversary of the birth of Gautama Buddha (Buddha Jayanti) in New Delhi on May 24, 1956 displays the historical connection between India, and Tibet. Prime Minister Nehru, President Rajendra Prasad, the 14th Dalai Lama, and the 10th Panchen Lama, Rinpoche are seen in this photo image.

Because of Gautama Buddha, India, and Tibet are natural allies. But, the complex, political, and military relationship developed as a reaction to the People’s Republic of China’s invasion of Tibet in 1950.

The military occupation of Tibet by Communist China makes a great impact upon the historical, cultural, religious relationship between India, and Tibet. It commenced an entirely new era in which both India and Tibet are driven by the same kind of security concerns. Prime Minister Chou En-Lai represents the face of that danger that forced Prime Minister Nehru to know and appreciate the nature of Tibetan Nation as represented by the 14th Dalai Lama and the 10th Panchen Lama Rinpoche.

India achieved its full independence from the British rule on August 15, 1947. India became the Republic of India on January 26, 1950. Dr Babu Rajendra Prasad became the first President of the Republic of India. The first general elections were held in 1952, and Radhakrishnan, who was at that time-serving as India’s Ambassador to the Soviet Union, was elected as the first Vice President. He served a second term as the Vice President from 1957 to 1962.

India witnessed a major military threat to its Himalayan frontier when the People’s Republic of China sent its army during October 1950 to occupy Tibet while Tibetans had no ability to resist such a massive, military invasion of their territory. Tibet tried to resolve the issue using diplomacy. Tibet requested India to bring the issue to the attention of the United Nations to adopt a resolution against the Communist invasion. At that time Tibet was still following the policy of political isolationism, and neutralism and was not recognized by the United Nations as a member nation. The United States was fighting the Korean War to contain the spread of Communism in Asia. However, Tibet did not obtain direct, US military intervention. India did not have the necessary military force of its own to intervene inside Tibet. At the same time, India also actively pursued its own policy of political neutralism that is known as the Nonaligned Movement to reduce the political tensions caused by the Cold War. India thought that the crisis in Tibet could be resolved by directly negotiating with China without involving the United Nations. During 1951, Communist China imposed a 17-Point Agreement on Tibet while Tibetans had no capacity to defend their rights; the Agreement of the Central People’s Government and the Local Government of Tibet on 23rd May 1951 to take measures for the “Peaceful Liberation of Tibet.” China started quoting this agreement to justify its illegal and unjust military occupation of Tibet.

It must be clearly understood that the Great Fifth Dalai Lama founded the “Ganden Phodrang” Government of Tibet in 1642. The successive Dalai Lamas have headed the Tibetan State for nearly four centuries. Towards the end of the Qing Dynasty or Ch’ing Dynasty, the Great 13th Dalai Lama declared Tibet’s full Independence from Manchu China. From 1911 to 1950 – 49-Years, Tibet was an independent Nation before the founding of this political entity called The People’s Republic of China.

Tibet tried its very best to appease the Communist Party Chairman Mao Tse-Tung until 1954-1955. China took full political, and military advantage of Tibet’s isolationism and took every possible measure to deny the freedom that Tibetans had enjoyed for several centuries despite sporadic foreign invasions by the Mongols, and later by the Manchus. In the past, the foreign rulers of Tibet did not intervene in Tibet’s internal affairs. Tibetans retained their traditional style of governance through the Institution of the Dalai Lama or the “Ganden Phodrang” Government which ruled Tibet for four centuries.

Both India and Tibet strongly desired to resolve the conflict with communist China using diplomacy. The existence of autonomous Tibetan nation serves the best interests of Indian national security.

Both India and Tibet desired friendly and peaceful relations with China. India and Tibet tried to cultivate a friendly relationship with China and they miserably failed because of China’s doctrine of Expansionism.

India desires to promote international peace and tries to avoid armed conflicts. The burden imposed by China’s military occupation of Tibet was viewed with concern, but India tried the use of diplomacy and avoid war. While Tibet tried its very best to please the Communist leaders of China, India had also pursued a similar policy to befriend China to address the problem of the military threat posed by the military occupation of Tibet. The “Panchsheel” Agreement of 1954 between India and People’s Republic of China recognized Chinese sovereignty over Tibet, and India had agreed to withdraw its very small, military presence in Tibet. India believed that China would grant full autonomy to Tibet and preserve the political, and cultural institutions of Tibet. It must be noted that Tibet did not recognize or endorse the agreement made by India and China.

Chinese Prime Minister Zhou Enlai visited New Delhi, India in June 1954 after his initiative called the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence (PANCHSHEEL). The first President of India, Dr Rajendra Prasad (first right), Vice President Radhakrishnan third right, and India’s Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru is at the far left.

Indian Vice President Dr Radhakrishnan made an unsuccessful attempt to resolve the problem of the military occupation of Tibet. He visited Peking during September 1957 and met with various Communist Party leaders including Chairman Mao Tse-Tung, and President Liu Shao-Chi (Liu Shaoqi), and Party General Secretary Teng Hsiao-Ping (Deng Xiaoping).

Indian Vice President Radhakrishnan visited Peking during September/October 1957 and could not get any concessions from the Communist leaders. China had determined to pursue a policy of Expansionism and had tripled the size of its country using its superior military power.

The Origin of Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22:

The need for the use of military force became inevitable after China made it abundantly clear that it would not negotiate its military occupation of Tibet and would not allow the traditional form of Tibetan Government as represented by the Institution of the Dalai Lama. The Tibetan Resistance Movement began with a very modest attempt to train some Tibetan nationals to fight the Chinese People’s Liberation Army that occupied Tibet.

The history of Special Frontier Force-Establishment No. 22: 1957 was a turning point. India recognized that its foreign policy of political neutralism was of no use and started depending upon the United States to address the military threat posed by China’s occupation of Tibet. But, the effort was too modest and both India and the United States had grossly underestimated the strength of the People’s Liberation Army. Camp Hale at Colorado represents one aspect of CIA operation called ST CIRCUS.

The history of Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22 can be traced back to 1957-58 when the CIA launched Operation ST CIRCUS. This Commemoration on September 10, 2010, was the first time that US had officially acknowledge the CIA operation with the Tibetans and it includes the Mustang (Nepal) Operation.

During 1957 it became very clear that Communist China would not relax its military grip over Tibet, and the hopes for limited Tibetan autonomy evaporated. Both India, and Tibet had agreed to seek American military intervention, and it must be believed that India had only wanted a covert, military operation to build and establish a Tibetan Resistance Movement to challenge and overthrow the Chinese military regime in Tibet. The climax of this Tibetan Resistance was during March 1959, and China using its vastly superior military power had easily crushed this Tibetan Uprising. His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama had no choice; he and his close followers fled Tibet to seek political asylum in India.

The 1962 India – China War:

I must admit that the Chinese brutal attacks across the Himalayan frontier during October 1962 came as a shocking surprise to me and to most people all over India. To some extent, India, Tibet, and the United States had lacked the intelligence capabilities to know the intentions and the capabilities of their enemy. The costs of this 1962 War would be known if China takes courage and openly admits the numbers of its soldiers wounded or killed in action. China paid a heavy price and utterly failed to obtain legitimacy for its military occupation of Tibet.

The history of Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22: The 1962 War between India and China paved the way towards a better understanding of India’s security concerns and the need for military alliance/pact with a friendly power like the United States to meet the challenge posed by Communist China. I appreciate Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru for his idealistic views and aspiration to be known as a peacemaker. He finally recognized the need for a strong, well-equipped Army.

The history of Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22: Prior to the 1962 India-China War, the Tibetan Resistance Movement had no permanent base in India. The War had forced India to strengthen the Tibetan Resistance Movement and provide it with a permanent base within Indian territory. Indian Armed Forces played a major role in training the members of Special Frontier Force with financial, and technical assistance provided by the United States.

The 1962 War of Aggression launched by Communist China had a decisive influence on my personal life. I was a college student, and I was in the first year of my 3-year Bachelor of Science degree course. I felt a strong urge to join India’s Armed Forces to specifically address the military threat posed by China. The 1962 War was a conflict imposed by China to teach India a lesson. Later, official documents released by China describe that Chairman Mao Tse-Tung took punitive action to teach a lesson to India when it launched a massive war of retribution attacking Indian Army positions across the entire Himalayan frontier in October 1962. Chairman Mao Tse-Tung was angered by the support extended by India to Tibet to counter the military occupation. Chairman Mao had resented India’s role in helping the covert operation of the Central Intelligence Agency and had called it an “Imperialist” conspiracy or plot against China. China had utterly failed to achieve its objectives and the War ended when China declared a unilateral ceasefire on November 21, 1962, and withdrew from the captured Himalayan territory. It should be noted that India did not request China to declare this ceasefire. India did not promise that it will withhold the support that it extends to the Tibetan Government-in-Exile. The Secret White House Recordings of the US President John F Kennedy reveal that Kennedy had threatened to nuke China in 1962 and I must say that the threat achieved its purpose and had forced China to stop its military aggression and withdraw unilaterally without demanding any concessions from India, or Tibet.

The Birth of Special Frontier Force-Establishment No. 22:

**September 05. Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday. Reflections on my Madras – Tibet – Family Connections.**

President John F. Kennedy had immediately responded to the Chinese attack on India. Apart from delivery of arms and ammunition, and other military supplies, American aircraft carried out photo missions over the Indo-Tibetan border. In a meeting held on November 19, 1962 at the White House, President Kennedy, Dean David Rusk (Secretary of State), Averell Harriman (Assistant Secretary of State for Far Eastern Affairs), Robert McNamara (Secretary of Defense), General Paul Adams (Chief of the US Strike Command), John Kenneth Galbraith (US Ambassador to India), John A McCone (Director of Central Intelligence Agency), Desmond Fitzgerald (the Far Eastern CIA Chief), James Critchfield (the Near East CIA Chief), John Kenneth Knaus (CIA’s Tibet Task Force), and David Blee (CIA Station Chief in New Delhi) decided upon a military aid package in support of the newly created military organization in India which was initially named as Establishment No. 22 and later the name Special Frontier Force was added to describe the location of its headquarters in New Delhi.

The history of Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22: In the Cold War Era of Silence and Secrecy, India was fortunate to find the Assistant Secretary of State for Far Eastern Affairs, Averell Harriman who played a crucial role in developing the military response to the 1962 War.

The History of Special Frontier Force-Establishment No. 22: The People’s Republic of China could not alter the course of India’s foreign policy. The 1962 War launched by China ended very abruptly when China declared a unilateral ceasefire and withdrew from the captured territory on November 21, 1962. President Kennedy played a decisive role by threatening to “NUKE” China.

The 1962 India-China War, a military conflict that was initiated by China had accomplished the exact opposite of what China had planned to accomplish.

1. India became more firmly aligned with the United States discarding its original policy of political neutralism.

2. The level of cooperation between the Central Intelligence Agency and India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW-The Intelligence Bureau of India) became greatly enhanced.

3. India started increasing its own defence-preparedness and strengthened its military capabilities to fight a future war with China.

4. India was not deterred by the Chinese attack and decided to substantially increase its involvement with the Tibetan Resistance Movement. India made the commitment to provide a permanent base to the Tibetan Resistance Movement apart from hosting the Tibetan Government-in-Exile.

5. India, Tibet, and the United States joined together in a military alliance/pact leading to the creation of the military organization called the Establishment No. 22 which has come to be known as the Special Frontier Force with its official Headquarters in New Delhi.

Kennedy to express India’s solidarity with the United States in promoting Peace and Democracy, and the visit displays the trust, and the confidence placed by India in the future of their mutual military assistance, and cooperation. I am happy to share several photo images of that visit.

In India, Radhakrishnan is recognized as a teacher, philosopher, and a statesman. He is never described as the Supreme Commander of the Indian Armed Forces. I was granted Commission to serve in the Indian Army at the pleasure of the President of India, and my posting order to serve as a Medical Officer in Establishment No. 22, Special Frontier Force was issued under the authority of the Ministry of Defence which functions under the powers sanctioned by the President of India.

In the United States, Labor activists, and Labor Unions made great progress to defend the rights of Working Class. Unfortunately, President Bill Clinton undermined this progress by approving legislation that took away the dignity of unskilled, hourly wage earners who legally work in the US paying taxes. President Clinton on August 22, 1996, signed into Law, Public Law 104-193, ‘The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act’ (PRWORA) which places restrictions on the payments of monthly retirement income benefits to workers in the US under Title II of the Social Security Act. Refer to Section 401(b) (2) of PRWORA.

For many unskilled, hourly wage earners performing labor in the US, American Workplace is defined as Work until Death for they have no Retirement option. In other words, those who have no Retirement option, American Workplace is defined by the Book of Genesis, Chapter 3, verses 17 to 19.

Labor Day, is a legal holiday celebrated on the first Monday in September in the United States, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Canal Zone, and the Virgin Islands.

Canada also celebrates Labor Day on the same day. Labor Day is a day set aside to pay tribute to working men and women. It has been celebrated as a national holiday in the United States and Canada since 1894.

“Labor Day differs in every essential way from the other holidays of the year in any country,” said Samuel Gompers, founder and longtime president of the American Federation of Labor. “All other holidays are in a more or less degree connected with conflicts and battles of man’s prowess over man, of strife and discord for greed and power, of glories achieved by one nation over another. Labor Day…is devoted to no man, living or dead, to no sect, race, or nation.”

What is the Dignity of Labor?

The dignity of labor is the philosophy that all types of jobs are respected equally, and no occupation is considered superior and none of the jobs should be discriminated on any basis. Regardless of whether one’s occupation involves physical work or mental labor, it is held that the job deserves respect.

In my analysis, the concepts used by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are not consistent with the doctrine of the Dignity of Labor and hence I ask Americans to repeal the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) – White Collar vs Blue Collar

Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) which provides protection to people working in the US is fundamentally flawed.

In my analysis, FLSA is fundamentally flawed for it divides workers into categories such as “White Collar” and “Blue Collar” without understanding the basis for the man’s existence in the natural world. There can be no distinction among workers if Life is defined as ‘Knowledge in Action’. All human beings process similar kind of information and use chemical energy to perform similar kinds of sequential, guided, purposeful and goal-oriented actions described as ‘Metabolism’.

No human being performs executive, administrative, or professional service while operating metabolic functions of human bodies of their own. No man lives as the boss, the ruler, the governor, or the administrator of his own body.

**Whole Grind – Grinding on Labor Day Holiday to Deliver the Truth.**

I ask the US Congress and The US Department of Labor to put an end to division of workers into White or Blue Collar. As such, each employee and his or her employer must make the determination about compensation or remuneration and agree upon salaried or hourly wage for performing labor.

In my view, the Natural Sciences and Medical Science in particular do not validate the concept of “WHITE-COLLAR” as no human being performs executive, administrative, or professional service while operating metabolic functions of human bodies of their own. No man lives as the boss, the ruler, the governor, or the administrator of his own body.

I ask my readers to reject the assumptions and the criteria described by the Fair Labor Standards Act as they contribute to Unequal Employment Opportunities at the American Workplace. As such the Fair Labor Standards Act is not consistent with the Natural Law principle of Equality that formulates the Supreme Law of this Land.

Radha Ashtami is a well-known Hindu festival to commemorate the birth anniversary of Goddess Radha, Shri Radha Rani, the consort of Lord Krishna. It falls on Ashtami Tithi, the eighth day. Of the Waxing Phase of the Moon, during Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month.

According to the Hindu beliefs, Goddess Radha is the incarnation or avatar of Goddess Lakshmi, the consort of Lord Vishnu, the Lord God Protector of the Hindu Trinity.

The occasion of Radha Ashtami falls 15 days after the festival of Janmashtami, or Krishna Ashtami, the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna. It usually takes place in the month of August or September according to the Gregorian calendar.

Devotees keep fast on Radha Ashtami day. Goddess Radha is worshipped during Madhyahna Kala which is noon time according to Hindu division of the day.

Radha Ashtami is also known as Radhashtami and Radha Jayanti. In the Indian tradition, the Lord God Creator is the Controller of Power/Force/Energy that operates all interactions of the natural world, and the universe. The Lord God Creator separates Himself from the Power/Force/Energy that He Controls, Regulates, Sustains, and Operates. In the Indian tradition, the Power/Force/Energy or Shakti is personified as the consort of Lord God Creator. As the manifestations of Power/Force/Energy are varied, each attribute acquires a personality of its own and the man easily recognizes the nature of the blessings he receives from his benefactor. In the Indian tradition, Goddess Radha is the personification of Love that symbolizes the Spiritual Unity between the Original Source of Love and the physical manifestation of the Force called Love.

A Force of Compassion to lift the heavy burden of life’s long journey

Alpha Orionis, or Betelgeuse is the largest and brightest Star visible to the naked eye near the Constellation of Orion. This mammoth star is slowly evaporating. This massive star is shedding weight and is near end of its life. This red Supergiant star is about 430 light years distant. If this star is now placed at the center of our Solar system, its plume would extend past the orbit of planet Jupiter. Sun towards the end of its life would also evaporate and its expanding plume would totally wipeout all living entities on planet Earth. When we speak about human existence, we need to understand man as a biological species. Like all other living creatures of this planet Earth, man is a mortal being. Whosoever had arrived on this planet, must also depart. Extinction is not merely a past geological event. The reign of Dinosaurs upon Earth ended 65 million years ago and it is marked as Cretaceous-Tertiary Extinction Event or K-T Event.

The Phenomenon of Extinction:

What we clearly understand is that the man cannot govern or rule the cells that constitute his body and define his physical existence.

Man is not an independent living entity. Man’s dependence upon external sources of energy, and the biological phenomenon of ‘cellular autonomy’ would not permit man to act as he pleases. Man is not in control of his existence. Man’s capacity to defend his own existence is limited and he continuously faces challenges to his existence from several different directions. If man is truly free, the Universe, the World, and the Society can place no constraints on him. Man is tied down, he is born in shackles without Freedom.

Yes Indeed, Life is Complicated. The complexity of Life involves the conditioned or the dependent nature of the human existence. The man has no existence if he is not connected to an external source of energy. The external source of energy which supports the existence of Life is often described as the Divine Providence, the original source of Love, Mercy, Grace, and Compassion.

It involves 10 days of celebration and takes place in the Bhadrapada month (August-September), Shukla Paksha (the Waxing Phase of Moon), the fourth day or Chaturthi as per the Hindu calendar.

The auspicious festival begins on Tuesday, August 26. The festival inaugurates with people bringing or making clay idols (murtis) of the Lord, and concludes on the day of Anant Chaturdashi (Saturday, September 06), when the idol is submerged in the nearest body of water, called Ganesha visarjan.

THE DIVINE MOTHER OF LIFE, ENERGY, AND KNOWLEDGE : I DESCRIBE THE CONCEPT OF "WHOLE ANGEL" AS THE HARMONIOUS BLENDING OR COMING TOGETHER OF ANGEL OF BEAUTY, ANGEL OF MERCY, AND ANGEL OF KNOWLEDGE . — **The Divine Mother of Life, Energy and Knowledge. I account for human existence honoring ‘The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge’. The Divine Principle is both male and female and in this article, I present the feminine aspect of Divine Principle as Whole Mother, the harmonious blending or coming together of the Divine Mother of Life, the Divine Mother of Energy and Compassion and the Divine Mother of Knowledge.

The Father and the Mother – Principles governing Life:

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati – The Indian Tradition describes them as the First Couple or ‘Adi Dampatulu’ or the Original Father and Mother of humans. The Tradition recognizes existence of a Father and a Mother Principle.

Maatru Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava – The Divinity of Mother and Father:

Father is described as the male parent, an ancestor, an originator, and as a Controller. Very often, in the Land of India, God is considered as both the Father and the Mother of all life forms. Mother is described as the female parent and something that is regarded as a ‘Source’. In Indian tradition, Father may be viewed as the Prime Cause and Mother is the Source of Prime Energy. Mother is the source of energy in performance of all kinds of actions and in accomplishment of all kinds of work. The Mother Principle represents the Endeavor/Work/Effort that makes action possible. If Life is defined as function at the level of biological molecules, Mother represents the Source or the Origin of these organic molecules; Mother is the Source of Energy for the synthesis of these organic molecules; and Mother is the Source of Knowledge that provides the ability of recognition and the ability to use the molecules in a sequential manner to manage the biochemical reactions of these organic molecules to function as Life.

The Divine Mother of Life:

The complex, multicellular human organism begins as a single cell. That single cell is the source of life, energy, and knowledge.

**The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.The Biological Dictum – “OMNIS CELLULA E CELLULA” means all cells from cells.**

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.The Law of Biogenesis states that organisms arise only by the reproduction of other organisms. This cell known as Oocyte develops into Human Ovum or Egg Cell which begins the life of a new human organism after an event called Fertilization.

I, as a human organism exist in this world as I arrived from a previously existing ‘Mother Cell’. By repeated cell growth and cell division or replication known as ‘Mitosis’, the human organism grows and develops into a form containing trillions of cells. This process of development is called ‘Morphogenesis’ which involves not only cell growth but differentiation into specialized types of cells. All the tissues and organs of which the human body is composed have originally developed from a microscopic cell known as ‘Ovum’ or the ‘Egg Cell’. This Ovum or Egg Cell may be regarded as a perfect cell and could be described as ‘Mother Cell’. All the solid tissues in the human body can be shown to consist largely of similar cells; it is true that they may differ, but they are essentially similar to an Ovum. The Ovum is a reproductive cell that is adapted to meet the nutritional requirements of the early developmental stages of the embryo. It is always a large cell because it contains sufficient cytoplasmic substance for the development of a self-sufficient embryo. Some of the substance which is packaged in yolk particles contains cell components; typically an Ovum contains sufficient quantities of components for many cells. Thus the Ovum need not grow as it divides; as the nuclei divide, the cytoplasm subdivides until the Ovum consists of a large number of normal-sized cells. By contrast, the male reproductive cells known as ‘Spermatozoa’ contain very little cytoplasm and they cannot further divide into new cells.

The Source of Life – Protoplasm:

**The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.There is similarity between the cells of a man and that of his Mother Cell or Egg Cell called Ovum.**

The most significant feature of the similarity between the cells of a man and that of the ‘Mother Cell’ from which he arrives is the presence of a soft gelatinous, semi-fluid, granular material inside the cell. This substance known as ‘Protoplasm’ is similar to that found in the Ovum. The Ovum consists of this viscous, translucent, colloidal substance enclosed in a membrane called Plasma Membrane. A small spherical body called nucleus is embedded in the protoplasm. The protoplasm could also be differentiated into cytoplasm and nucleoplasm based upon its location. Cytoplasm refers to protoplasm located outside the nucleus. Nucleoplasm refers to protoplasm located inside the nucleus. The two essential features of any living cell in the human body are that of presence of protoplasm and the nucleus.

The Ground Substance of Spiritualism and Spirituality. The vital characteristics, the animating principles of Protoplasm could be known by observing Amoeba proteus. The Living Substance works as an organ of Motion or Movement, as an organ of Nutrition, and as an organ of Reproduction to generate new cells which have a life span of their own. In these physiological functions, I describe the characteristics such as Cognition, Consciousness, Memory, and Intelligence which have a Spiritual role as they bring functional unity and harmony in the interactions between different parts of the same individual organism while it exists in an environment as a member of a biological community.

The most striking characteristics of protoplasm are its vital properties of “Motion” and “Nutrition”. Protoplasm has the intrinsic power to change its shape and position. Motion of protoplasm is called ‘amoeboid movement’ as it resembles the movements observed in the Amoeba proteus animalcule. Nutrition is the power which protoplasm has of attracting to itself the materials necessary for its growth and maintenance from surrounding matter and environment. The Egg Cell or the Ovum is the Source or the Mother of Life.

The Law of Individuality- Heredity and Variation:

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.A child is always a created object even when it derives its life from a Mother Cell. Life always comes into existence as a new, original object and displays variation from other members of the same or different species.

Heredity is the sum of all biological processes by which particular characteristics are transmitted from parents to their offspring. A child inherits a genetic constitution from its biological parents. This hereditary endowment, the total of the genes that the child has received from both parents is called the genotype. The genotype of an individual is formed from the constituents of the genotypes of his parents. The genotype in a fertilized Egg Cell influences the developmental pattern of the child. Progeny is not exact duplicates of their parents and usually vary in many traits. Heredity and Variation are two sides of the same coin. The outward appearance of an organism is called the phenotype. The same individual shows different phenotypes in childhood, in adulthood, and in old age. The genotype, on the other hand, does not change during an individual’s life. Each cell in the human body contains the same total genetic information that was present in the fertilized Egg. However, the cells are not identical. In different types of cells, groups of genes are controlled (in effect switched on and off) by various biochemical processes, so that each cell manufactures the proteins and structures needed for it to function. Cells are regulated by the DNA in the nucleus and by the transfer of selected portions of the DNA information to the cytoplasm through the intermediate molecules of Messenger RNA. It is estimated that, on average, only about 10 percent of the genes of any cell are functional; selection of functional genes varies with the type of cell. This biological phenomenon of selective gene functioning may contribute to what I term as ‘The Law of Individuality’. Deoxyribonucleic acid or DNA accounts for the ability of all living matter to replicate itself exactly and to transmit genetic information from parent to offspring. The child maintains its individuality by selectively switching the inherited DNA on and off. The Law of Individuality applies to all living organisms. Despite the basic biological, chemical, and physical similarities found in all living things, diversity of life exists not only among and between species but also within every natural population.

The Divine Mother of Life, Knowledge, and Energy.Despite the basic biological, chemical, and physical similarities found in all Living cells, a Diversity of Life exists within every natural population to establish The Law of Individuality.

The Mother Cell is the Source of Life for its child and yet the child comes into existence as a brand new and original product with its own Identity and Individuality. The Mother Cell does not manufacture the new multicellular organism called child. A child is always a created object even when it derives its life from a Mother Cell.

The Divine Mother of Energy and Compassion:

Goddess Durga represents the Supreme Being as the source of Energy. There is no choice other than that of leading energy-dependent human existence for the Soul and Spirit that is trapped in the physical, or material realm.

To maintain life an organism not only repairs or replaces (or both) its structures by a constant supply of the materials of which it is composed but also keeps its life processes in operation by a steady supply of energy.

Living systems must be supplied energy for continual synthesis of new organic molecules and to replace or to repair broken organic molecules. This functional activity; the processes of synthesis and breakdown of organic molecules by a living cell, is known as metabolism. Metabolism involves a living system’s continual exchange of some of its materials with its surroundings, principally in the process of building up or destroying its protoplasm. growth involves a higher rate of synthesis of protoplasm than a rate of breakdown of that matter.

Acquisition of Energy:

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.Plants are known as Photoautotrophs as they have ability to use free energy from the energy of Sunlight. The Divine Mother is the Source of all Material Energies.

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.Chloroplasts act like Solar Panels to capture Solar Energy, and all terrestrial life forms depend upon energy from an extraterrestrial or Cosmic Source of Energy.

Organisms acquire energy for their metabolism by two general methods and could be classified as autotrophs or self feeders and heterotrophs or feeders of other organisms. Plants are known as Photoautotrophs as they acquire useful free energy from the energy of Sunlight. In a process known as Photosynthesis, plants use Sunlight to break water into Oxygen and Hydrogen. Hydrogen is then combined with Carbon dioxide to produce such energy-rich molecules as Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and carbohydrates and the Oxygen is released back into the atmosphere. Humans and most other animals are known as heterotrophs – these organisms acquire energy by the controlled breakdown of pre-existing organic molecules (food) supplied by other organisms. Humans utilize the atmospheric Oxygen (released by plant life) to combine chemically with organic matter (food) they have eaten and release Carbon dioxide and water as waste products. Metabolic processes do not occur in one step. It is not similar to burning sugar in air.

Kreb’s Tricarboxylic Acid Cycle:

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.Most cells derive their energy from a series of reactions involving Oxygen. In the course of Oxidation, three molecules of energy-rich ATP are generated for each Oxygen atom used to form a molecule of water. The Mitochondria is the cellular site of this respiratory Combustion.

The glucose, a simple sugar is broken down by a series of successive and coordinated steps, each mediated by a particular and specific enzyme. The human organism extracts useful energy by a metabolic process described as Oxidation-Reduction Reactions. The glucose is broken down in a series of about 71 enzymatically catalyzed steps. The first 11 of these biochemical reactions do not involve the use of Oxygen. These Oxidation-Reduction Reactions occur in intracellular organelles known as Mitochondria in the cytoplasm of cells.

Most important biological processes involve Oxidation-Reduction or Redox Reactions to acquire Oxidative energy from other substances termed nutrients. The burning of a substance in air is rapid Oxidation or Combustion which is not of much use for living systems. Plants and Animals use a form of Oxidation called Respiration to liberate energy stored in food materials.

Mitochondria – The Powerhouse of Cells:

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.In Mitochondria, many substances are oxidized and ATP, the energy-storing chemical of the cell is produced. This energy is utilized in a variety of cellular functions and activities.

Mitochondria are typically sausage-shaped particles about 0.5 to one micron wide and about 5 to 10 microns long. They are surrounded by an outer unit membrane which controls the passage of material into and out of the mitochondria and govern their internal environment. The inner membrane is the site of the respiratory functions that make the mitochondria the so-called Powerhouse of the Cell. The inner membrane is folded repeatedly into shelf like folds called cristae which contain the enzymes that play an essential role in conversion of the energy of foodstuffs into the energy used for cellular activities.

Mitochondria and Chloroplasts – A Divine Source of Energy Acquisition:

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.Both Mitochondria and the Chloroplasts are semi-independent and self-reproducing parts of the Living Cells. It is a Divine Mechanism to provide Energy for Metabolism the characteristic of Living Matter.

Mitochondria and Chloroplasts found in the green plant cells perform the same fundamental processes. The Chloroplasts contain the green colored pigment known as Chlorophyll. The Chloroplasts convert the energy of Sunlight into energy-rich ATP and use ATP to convert Carbon into specific organic substances. The most important equations for living things are mutually inverse. Respiration of human organisms represents the reverse of Photosynthesis of Green Plants. Both Mitochondria and the Chloroplasts are semi-independent and self-reproducing parts of the living cells. They have a degree of autonomy and they are unlike the other components of cells. Mitochondria contain DNA in the form of a Chromosome arranged in a ring. The DNA of Mitochondria has different distribution of bases from that of the DNA found in the Chromosomes present in the nucleus. Mitochondria carry the genes for their own replication and for the enzymes found in them. They can synthesize some of their own proteins and reproduce by themselves. In one respect the mitochondria function as the parts of the cells and in another respect, they behave like independent organisms that reproduce on their own.

The Mother Cell is the source of Mitochondria found in all the cells of my human body. During the Growth and Development of Human Embryo and Fetus, all the newly formed cells contain Mitochondria derived from the Egg Cell. Hence, mother as a biological parent represents the Source of Energy for all the Living Functions and activities of her children. I cannot move a muscle in my body without drawing energy supplied by the maternal Mitochondria which continue to live and replicate establishing my mother as the Source of Energy for my existence during my entire Life’s Journey.

The Divine Mother of Knowledge:

**Goddess Sarasvati, the Goddess of Knowledge, the Source of Consciousness and Intelligence that is required to establish the living functions of man’s mortal existence.**

Life is the state of an individual characterized by the capacity to perform certain functional activities including the ability of responsiveness. Life is further characterized by presence of complex transformation of organic molecules and by organization of such molecules into the successively larger units of protoplasm, cells, organs, and tissues. Hence, I have defined Life as “Knowledge in Action.”

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.Goddess Sarasvati is the Divine Mother of Knowledge. Indian Tradition recognizes Mind, and Intellect as aspects of Material Energies. Life functions with Knowledge implanted into Living Organisms which display the characteristics of awareness, responsiveness, alertness, and consciousness.

Responsiveness represents the ability of an organism to change in response to alteration in its environment. Responsiveness, alertness, awareness, and consciousness separates living from nonliving matter and defines life’s underlying principle. Living cells are aware or conscious of the environment in which they exist as well as the state of their own internal environment. The one very important part of environment of a cell is other cells. The ability called awareness and responsiveness is important for recognition, association, and cooperation between cells. Cells function together by exchanging chemical signals.

The Biological Membrane – An Organ of Sense Perception:

The Divine Mother of Life, Energy, and Knowledge.The Biological Membrane or Plasma Membrane functions like an Organ of Sense Perception and it maintains cell’s internal environment and establishes contact with cell’s external environment.

Cell is the most elementary unit of Life. Cell is bounded by a Plasma Membrane which is more correctly described as a Biological Membrane. It separates the cell from the environment and from other cells. It helps to maintain a constant milieu in which intracellular reactions occur. The Biological Membrane allows a highly controlled exchange of matter across the barrier it poses, some compounds are able to pass through the membrane easily, others are blocked. Cells contain various internal structures such as the nucleus, and mitochondria, each of which is enclosed by a Membrane. Both the Biological Membrane and some of the intracellular membranes are parts of a continuous Membrane System that extends through much of the body of the cell. It serves two purposes. A compartmentalization of cell is required for many cellular activities, including uptake and conversion of nutrients, synthesis of new molecules, production of energy, transportation, and release of cell products, and regulation and coordination of metabolic sequences. The cellular organelles are protected from one another’s enzymatic activities, and those of the cytoplasm. The Biological Membrane System functions like an Organ of Sense Perception and maintains the responsiveness of the cell.

The Cytoplasmic or Maternal Inheritance:

Inheritance of DNA in cytoplasm (mitochondria or chloroplasts) Inherited from mother only. Sperm contributes nucleus, but no cytoplasm. Characteristics exhibit extensive phenotypic variation. Each cell can contain hundreds of mitochondria, and may not have same genetic information. Homoplasmy – all the same. Heteroplasmy – different genetic information. Ratio of normal to mutant

Deoxyribonucleic acid or DNA accounts for the ability of all living matter to replicate itself exactly and to transmit genetic information from parent to offspring. While offspring inherit a genetic constitution and hereditary traits from both parents, some characteristics are inherited through the maternal line only. For example, there are no Chlorophyll containing Chloroplasts in pollen grains of (male) flowers. The act of Pollination does not contribute this most important characteristic known as Chloroplasts. Chloroplasts are found only in the Egg Cells of (female) flowers. Similarly, humans inherit the Powerhouses called Mitochondria only from Maternal cytoplasm. A Cytoplasmic Inheritance is entirely Maternal. Human functions that involve Sensory Perception, Mental Cognition, Learning, and the functions of Memory and Consciousness should be viewed as functions of the cytoplasm. Cytoplasm represents the Seat of Knowledge. Man begins Life as a single cell with its cytoplasm. The cell grows and divides while building more of its cytoplasm. Knowledge is the Fact of Knowing, the State of Knowing, and the Act of Knowing a range of information; the Mother or the Source of Knowledge is the Maternal Cytoplasm inherited from the Egg Cell, Ovum, or the Mother Cell.

I am asking Christians to reject President Clinton’s Public Law 104 – 193. All said and done, President Clinton’s Evil Plan failed to resolve the problem of National Debt. The Repeal Movement exposes President Clinton’s contemptuous violation of Constitutional Principles of equal protection, equal justice and equal treatment under Law

On August 22, 1996, US President Bill Clinton (Democrat) signed into Law that reintroduced Slavery, Involuntary Servitude, Serfdom and Forced Labor in the pretext of making ‘A New Beginning’.

Welfare Reform Act or Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA) is unjust and unfair for it violates Constitutional Law that defends natural rights of all people living in United States. All US taxpayers must be treated as equals for receiving retirement income benefits for which they paid taxes. President Clinton’s action constitutes a transgression of President Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation that saved US Non-Citizens or Aliens from the indignity of Slavery.

The Campaign to Repeal the Welfare Reform Act of 1996 is not about giving citizenship rights to non-citizens. It is about upholding the Supreme Law of the Land to abolish bondage, servitude, and slavery. The Reconstruction of America is not yet over. Slavery re-appeared in this Land in a new form and remains hidden or unnoticed. ‘The Clinton Curse’ explains as to why the United States failed on August 22, 1996. The Curse reveals the nature of The Beast that is waiting to overtake this nation.

US Congress must do the Right thing to Save America from The Clinton Curse, The Economic Disaster of 1996 to 2025.

I ask my readers to review 43-word 13^th Amendment and tell me if those words still govern, rule, and operate the lives of all people, wage earners who perform labor in the US paying taxes.

My readers should not be surprised if I describe the US Congress as “Slave Driver.” The reason for my claim is based on the ‘PRWORA’ enacted by the US Congress in 1996 amending The US Social Security Act of 1935. This legal provision enacted by 104^th US Congress is incorporated as Section 202(y) of the Social Security Act. It mandates that no Retirement Income benefits shall be payable to registered alien (non-citizen) taxpayers in the United States without showing proof of lawful residency as determined by the Attorney General. In my view, the Social Security Administration must not demand such status proof if an alien worker has labored on the US soil, fully paid into the system and attained full retirement age as determined by law.

Social Security Act, Section 202(y) violates the principle enshrined in those 43 words called the 13th Amendment. This 1996 amendment to the Social Security Act is fundamentally flawed for it is unconstitutional. It takes away the property rights (earnings, wages, and retirement income) of individuals who paid Federal, State, Local, Social Security and Medicare Taxes working in this country to attain the full retirement age.

Exposing The Clinton Curse – Travesty of Emancipation Proclamation is the underlying cause of 1996 to 2025 Economic Disaster

The Emancipation Proclamation issued by President Abraham Lincoln (Republican) in September 1862 came into effect on January 01, 1863 freeing slaves in all territory still at War with the Union.

These slaves were not citizens of the Land and had no political rights of their own. In Law, Servitude or Slavery refers to the burden imposed upon the property of a person by a specified right another has in its use. Servitude involves labor in which the person who performs labor has no right to his earnings from labor. The Emancipation Proclamation specifically protects, defends, preserves and safeguards rights of aliens or non-citizens residing in the United States.

The amended Social Security Act unfairly gives power to the Social Security Administration to withhold the property (wages, earnings, monthly retirement income benefits) of alien workers who are not convicted felons. In my analysis, the Social Security Act of 1935 amended in 1996 fails to enshrine the guiding principles clearly stated in the US Constitution, the Supreme Law of this Land.

I ask my readers to make the distinction between Social Security Tax and Monthly Retirement Benefit. The first represents tax paid to the government and the second represents earning or wage entitled to a retired person to provide income and security during old age.

All said and done, President Clinton’s Evil Plan failed to resolve the problem of National Debt. The Repeal PRWORA Movement exposes President Clinton’s contemptuous violation of the Constitutional Principles of equal protection, equal justice and equal treatment under Law.

President Clinton’s Slavery Law of 1996 tramples upon fundamental freedoms and human dignity entitled to all human beings without any concern for their country of origin or citizenship status.

The US Congress can levy taxes but cannot deprive any person of Life, Liberty and Property without the due process of Law. The United States needs the Blessings of LORD God’s Promise to Balance the Budget and to solve the problem of mounting National Debt.

President Clinton’s tricks and gimmicks will utterly ruin and destroy the Nation for he failed to obey the LORD.

Bharat, India is celebrating its 79th Independence Day, Azadi ka Mahotsav on Friday, August 15, 2025. Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Rajghat and paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi as the celebrations started. The prime minister then proceeded to the Red Fort where he remembered those who laid their lives for India’s Independence.

25th INDEPENDENCE ANNIVERSARY MEDAL -OPERATION EAGLE 1971 — **Bharat Darshan. August 15, 2025. Bharat, India Celebrates 79th Independence Day. Nation First, Always First. 25th Independence Anniversary Medal. Indian Independence-A Measure of my Life.**

This medal was awarded to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of Indian independence in 1972. The medal was awarded to all members of the armed forces, paramilitary forces, and police forces who were serving on 15 August 1972. This medal gives me an opportunity to remember the twenty-fifth year of my life. I was then serving in Special Frontier Force-Establishment No. 22-Vikas Regiment on deputation from the Indian Army in the rank of a Captain and was posted at a Unit called Delta or D-Sector located in the North-East Frontier Agency, now Arunachal Pradesh. We all had a very good reason to rejoice on that day. India scored a major victory in the India-Pakistan War of 1971 and we took pride in the fact that we had a role in shaping that epic event in India’s military history.

Operation Eagle 1971-72,the India-Pakistan War of 1971 and the Liberation of Bangladesh are very significant achievements of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. As I was then serving in Special Frontier Force, Establishment 22 (now the Vikas Regiment) under the Cabinet Secretariat, I had direct and personal understanding of Prime Minister’s Foreign Policy initiatives. She approved our military Operation in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. In the conduct of this clandestine military operation, we faced a very critical moment and it demanded the Prime Minister’s approval for deploying aircraft in enemy territory, a decision that she alone can make. While awaiting her decision, I carried out a difficult war casualty evacuation mission to overcome the challenge posed by the lack of airlift facility. The importance of this situation could be understood as it required the Prime Minister’s intervention. I am now asking the Government of India to recognize my GALLANT response in enemy’s territory without any concern for my personal safety.

He is the tall person in this photo wearing dark brown turban. I knew him since 1971. Under his able leadership, the Liberation of Bangladesh commenced during November 1971. Apart from his military wisdom, he took a good care of all men under his Command. While I was proceeding to the Chittagong Hill Tracts, he individually greeted all the members of my team and delayed the departure of aircraft to make sure that a hot breakfast was served to all the men boarding the aircraft. He paid personal attention to all the aspects of the military mission to secure the well-being of men apart from achieving success in accomplishing the military task. He did very well and showed Maturity which was beyond the call of duty. I have recommended this Officer for a gallantry award for which he deserves eminently. He is physically Tough and cheerful. Is a fresh entrant with less than 2 years of Service and yet he displayed capability and confidence.
