The fundamental values that shape American thinking are Liberty, Equality, and Justice. Americans believe in Democracy, Individual Freedoms, and Openness. The Spirit of American Freedom is clearly reflected in the United States Constitution. American people want a government that is transparent and is accountable for its actions. I call the US-China relations that commenced in March, 1972 as a historical mistake. I speak on behalf of ‘The Living Tibetan Spirits’. The United States – Tibet relations truly represent the Spirit of American Freedom and Tibet is an integral part the US-China relationship for moral, historical, and strategic reasons.
The future of the United States and Tibet relations is secure. In the words of Sir Winston Churchill it may be said that “The Americans always do the right things after they have tried everything else.”

250 Years of Freedom and Legacy demands the US-Dalai Lama Direct-Dialogue
The Living Tibetan Spirits demand US–Tibet direct-dialogue. Firstly, United States must accord formal diplomatic recognition to Tibetan Government-in-Exile to facilitate direct-dialogue between the US President and the 14th Dalai Lama. I am demanding putting an end to close door secret diplomacy. What China must do can be discussed by holding direct talks between the US and Tibet. I do not account for past White House meetings between the 14th Dalai Lama and the US Presidents as “direct-dialogue.”
Happy July 04. America must begin a new holiday tradition to celebrate the proclamation of the Love Commandments
I am posting this article to make an open appeal to all the members of the US Congress to pass a decree or law to commence a new tradition in the national life that celebrates the proclamation of the Love Commandments by Jesus on the last Wednesday of July. I ask Americans to recognize the central role of love in developing wholesome human relationships.
Love is central to the man’s relationship to God and the man’s relations with other persons. Love has to be known as “The Medium” that generates the attachment or devotion to another person; and this attachment implies connection by ties of affection, sexual attraction, devotion, friendship, goodwill, compassion, respect, trust, and commitment. This kind of care and concern for a person, or persons in a relationship could be called ‘Whole Love’ if whatever is done for Love occurs beyond good and evil.

Fourth of July is observed as the US Independence Day. This celebration calls for a study on the problem of Freedom in World, and the problem of Freedom in the individualistic human experience.

During the Bangladesh Ops 1971-72, Lieutenant Colonel B K Narayan and the South Column Unit he Commanded liberated Kaptai in Rangamati District of Chittagong Hill Tracts. He conducted the Friday prayer service for Muslim worshipers in Kaptai. The Military Mission had aimed at bringing Peace and Joy to the Bangla Muslim Community. The role of this Gunner officer as an Infantry Commander is historical.

On Friday, May 01, 2026, I am searching for possibilities within, not contrary to God’s Will. For I give shelter to the Living Tibetan Spirits in my consciousness, I exist as a slave in a free country. I consciously experience the problem of occupation, the lack of independent existence.
In my analysis, I am a person in need of Refuge, Shelter, or Protection. I performed my Life Journey under shadow, the darkness of secrecy seeking a false sense of security. I need to break the shackles of secrecy to declare that I am a Refugee. As I am trapped, I can’t go to the Buddha for refuge, I can’t go the Dhamma for refuge, and I can’t go the Sangha for refuge. Who is my Refuge? To Whom, I should address my Petition? If I have no refuge, I ask God to take this cup of agony from me.

The Bearer of the Cross is asking for your Prayer in support of alien workers who may have no legal right to their wages or earnings contributed to the Public Trust Fund that pays the Monthly Retirement Income Benefit to workers who attained the Full Retirement Age performing labor in the US as per the US Labor Law. The characteristic of all labor is that it consumes some part of the short days and years of human life. The essence of all labor is that of the time and life it consumes to deliver a wage or earning to support the life it consumes.

Gratitude for the rising and the setting sun
This Thanksgiving Day, I want to give my thanks to The Ann Arbor News editor who is in charge of publishing the daily weather report. The weather forecast includes two tiny bits of information which I value immensely. The time of sunrise and sunset are the most important events that shape my life. The reality of my human existence is totally dependent upon this illusionary effect of sunrise and sunset. Apart from the physiological functions of my body, the existence of my mind in its three different states (awake and alert, resting and at sleep, partly conscious and dreaming) depend upon these cycles of periods of light and darkness.Dreaming is a very valuable human experience and I would not like to have that experience during daytime. In reality, the sun shines all the time but I am more happy with the illusion. In India, our people had given beautiful names to the sun. Some of those names are Aditya, Bharga, Divakar, Prabhakar, Ravi, Savitur and Surya.
The daily weather report reminds me that I should remain thankful for my existence and remember the Creator who made possible day and night without turning out sunlight.
