Dharamsala welcomes Dalai Lama after high-profile US visit – www.phayul.com

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on his 75th birthday. The U.S. - TIBET relations have survived the test of Time.

I am pleased to share the web hyperlink for this news story about H.H. Dalai Lama’s high-profile U.S. visit. Despite China’s repeated and angry protests, he met with President Barack Obama in the White House. The Nobel Peace Laureate was awarded the Democracy Service Medal at the Library of Congress, Washington, D.C.  It gives me a sense of hope that we would be able to resolve the problem of Tibet. The Living Tibetan Spirits have received this news story with a sense of joy and optimism. The true identity of Tibetan Nation must be preserved and we need to restore the dignity of Tibetan People.
