In my analysis, the problem of ‘The Clinton Curse’ will not allow the United States to embrace the concept of a Universal Income. The social inequity, the unfair, and the unjust Welfare Reform Act (PRWORA) introduced by President Bill Clinton in 1996 must be revoked, repealed, replaced, abrogated, and abolished to save the country from the bondage of foreign indebtedness.
