Major General (Retd) Sujan Singh Uban, PVSM, AVSM, the former Inspector General of Special Frontier Force had published his story titled The Phantoms of Chittagong : The Fifth Army in Bangladesh and had narrated the successful military operation in Chittagong Hill Tracts in the 1971 War of Liberation of Bangladesh.
