A PROUD SYMBOL OF TIBETAN IDENTITY AND THE QUEST FOR FREEDOM

I want to pay my tribute to Tibetan exiles for the display of an undying spirit to preserve their identity and to pass this identity to the future Tibetan generations. I am particularly pained by the actions of South Africa and its refusal to issue a visa to H.H. Dalai Lama to participate in a Peace Conference which is planning to discuss ways of using a popular game like SOCCER to fight racism and xenophobia.
