On Monday, May 12, 2025, I am searching for possibilities within, not contrary to God’s Will. For I give shelter to the Living Tibetan Spirits in my consciousness, I exist as a slave in a free country. I consciously experience the problem of occupation, the lack of independent existence.

Special Frontier Force pays tribute to CIA Director Allen Welsh Dulles
Both US Government and the Central Intelligence Agency maintain their silence about the support given to the Tibetan Resistance Movement and the eventual creation of Establishment -22/Special Frontier Force, a military alliance/pact between the US, Tibet, and India to fight the military threat posed by Communist China when it occupied Tibet in 1950 and forced His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama to lead a life in exile.
However, the US had finally acknowledged the CIA operation in Tibet and India by installing a Commemoration Plaque at the Camp Hale, Colorado training site on September 10, 2010. The Director of CIA was not present at the ceremony to honor the memory of people who were involved in this covert operation.
My Journey in search of Human Rights, Freedom, Peace and Justice – The trappings of Chakrata Karma
Tibet Uprising or Tibet Rebellion on Tuesday, March 10, 1959 makes a profound impact on the course of my life’s journey since 1971 when I joined the Tibetan Resistance Movement in support of Human Rights, Freedom, Peace and Justice in Occupied Tibet. I speak on behalf of the Living Tibetan Spirits who live in exile without a refugee status, without asylum protection, and without any entity that can be called a friend.
The 112th Anniversary of Tibetan Independence Day
I ask historians to record Tibet’s Proclamation of Independence as the most significant event of the recent human history.
November 14- The Birth Anniversary of Special Frontier Force – Establishment No. 22 – Vikas Regiment

Remembering the October 20, 1962 India-China War after 62 Years
I state that the shortcomings of Intelligence is not important as we cannot depend upon covert operations to defend our vital, national security interests. A direct, military action during 1950s following Communist China’s invasion of Tibet would have prevented the 1962 India-China War and would have helped the cause of Freedom, Liberty, and Democracy. India has no reason to discuss the boundaries of its Himalayan frontier with People’s Republic of China. India has a right to defend its national interests along its entire border with Tibet and should not take cognizance of China’s military occupation and give it any legitimacy. India and China do not share a common border. In future, this War must be fought to liberate Tibet from its military occupation. The only maps that we need are the maps to establish the boundaries between Tibet and People’s Republic of China.
Revisting Chakrata Karma of August 09, 1974
Yes indeed, Life is Complicated. My Nixon – Ford Connection dates back to September 1971. My Journey to arrive in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA started on July 26, 1970 and the journey was predestined for I inherited the doomed presidency of the Nixon-Ford US administration.
On August 09, 1974, I was stationed in India at the Military Hospital Wing, Headquarters Establishment Number. 22, C/O 56 APO, Special Frontier Force (Vikas Regiment). Because of my lifetime regimental affiliation to Special Frontier Force, Nixon/Kissinger/Ford live in my memory for their actions providing aid and comfort to the Enemy while we dedicated our lives to secure Democracy, Freedom, Peace, and Justice in Occupied Tibet.
The 25th Anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas
It was on July 26, 1999, Indian Army had declared successful culmination of ‘Operation Vijay’, declaring a victory after nearly three-month-long battles against Pakistan on the icy heights of Kargil.
To commemorate 25 years of Kargil victory, Indian Air Force is celebrating ‘Kargil Vijay Diwas Rajat Jayanti’ at Air Force Station Sarsawa from 12 Jul to 26 Jul 24, honoring the brave hearts who made the supreme sacrifice for the nation. I celebrate Sarsawa for launching our successful military operation (Operation Eagle) in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, the Bangladesh Ops of 1971 apart from the opportunity to conduct the parachute training while I served in Establishment 22, Vikas Regiment, Special Frontier Force. 26th July is an important date in my memory for I joined the Indian Army Medical Corps at Lucknow on this date in 1970. Sarsawa lives in my memory for I served in Sarsawa to support parachute training and for Bangladesh Ops of 1971, the deployment to the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
Living Tibetan Spirits Welcome The Resolve Tibet Act
I am not a “Separatist.” I am not seeking the Separation of Tibet from China. Tibet is not and has never been a part of China. Separation is not the issue. Tibet is seeking its own existence and its own identity. Tibet is not asking for a new identity or creation of a new state from Chinese territory. Tibet is not demanding a surgical operation to carve out a new nation from an existing nation known as People’s Republic of China. The Problem of Tibet simply relates to the military occupation of the Land of Tibet by China. This Problem could be resolved by the Eviction of the Occupier. It is just to demand such eviction of an illegal occupier. Military occupation is the cause of this Problem of Tibet and eviction of this military force is the resolution that I want in Tibet.
World Tibet Day 2024
On Saturday, July 06, 2024, the Living Tibetan Spirits greet His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on his 89th birthday to acknowledge him as the Supreme Ruler of Tibet. For Tibetans, the title Dalai Lama is all about the Institution of the Dalai Lama that rules and governs Tibet. No other institution of government can replace Supreme Ruler of Tibet during his lifetime.
The Living Tibetan Spirits offer their prayers for a safe return of the Supreme Ruler of Tibet to the Potala Palace for a happy reunion with Tibetans living in his Land.
