If a military organization involves an allaiance or pact between two or more nations, each participating member would have a national identity of his own.Since 1971, the US is participating in the organization without positioning its personnel under direct Indian command.

Thanks for sharing your comment. I am not surprised to read that you are not aware of the US-India-Tibet Connection. We established this Connection long before your birth. It appears that you are not informed about Indian Paramilitary Forces. I would be happy if you can share the names of all Paramilitary Forces and tell me the name of Ministry or Department which has administrative control over them. If you can understand the structure and organization of any given Force, you would easily determine as to which entities they represent. Please let me know your findings.
